面对自己的紧张
进入面试的时候，如果你感觉紧张，不妨面对这个事实，直接告诉面试官。甚至可以项面试官提出需要对对方提出的问题思考一下再回答。Castle 说，面试官会尊重你的要求，那说明你确实看重眼前面试的机会，这个机会对你很重要。

问问题
Castle 说，应试者应该主动问问题，因为你也在考量公司对你将来职业发展的影响。他认为下面这三个问题可以帮助你了解公司对待员工的态度，同时表现出你愿意成为公司积极的一员：
- 您认为在这个位置上怎样算成功？
- 从您自己在公司的职业发展过程来看，您对自己有什么更深入的认知？
- 这家公司有什么让您保持每天工作的动力？

不要说你以前公司的坏话
这点我们已经多次看到了。Castle 提示，抱怨以前的公司是招聘官最不希望听到的。作为招聘官，他希望明了的，是你为什么选择这家公司，而不是其他公司。
